- Technical information: standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) collected automatically to keep the website secure and working correctly.
2. How We Use Information
- To maintain the church membership register and support the pastoral and administrative life of the congregation.
- To operate the Members Portal, including directory, notifications, service rosters and contribution records.
- To communicate with members and respond to enquiries.
- To keep our website and services secure, and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal Basis
We process members’ information on the basis of our legitimate interest in administering the congregation and the consent of our members. Where you contact us voluntarily, we process that information to respond to you.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. Members’ information within the Members Portal is accessible only to authorised members and church administrators. We may share information where required by law, or with service providers who host our systems under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
5. Third-Party Services
This website embeds content from third parties such as YouTube (video) and Google Maps (location). When you interact with that content, those providers may collect information under their own privacy policies.
6. Data Retention
We keep members’ information for as long as membership is maintained and as needed for the legitimate purposes described above, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your Rights

8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Access to the Members Portal is restricted and protected by authentication.
9. Children
Where information about children is held as part of family membership, it is provided and managed by their parents or guardians within the congregation.
